I am emerging from a time of deep retreat. A place of silence, strength and love. From this space of darkness, The Wild and Precious emerged. I have created a few blogs over the years. But this felt different. It comes from a desire to serve Gaia, while also sharing my stories of love and courage.
These are the reflections about my transformational journey through life, as a woman of Celtic and Norse ancestry, born and raised in Africa. From my humble childhood in eSwatini (formerly Swaziland), adult years in South Africa, many adventures around the planet, a rewarding career, some very beautiful, meaningful and also painful relationships, the home births and parenting of two lion cubs (my sons!) … to our present life in Canada.
Some of my stories reflect what I call the ‘diamond effect’ – the wild and precious journey from breakdown to breakthrough .

This is a celebration and honouring of my ever deepening relationship with Mother Earth, my Divine self and all sentient beings who have crossed my path to love and guide me.
